Ingredients

For the Apple Filling:
4 medium apples, peeled and diced
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)
1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water

For the Crumb Layer:
8 graham crackers or digestive biscuits, crushed
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt

For the Topping:
2 cups whipped cream (or whipped topping)
100g cream cheese (optional, softened)
2 tbsp powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract

Other:
½ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  • Cook diced apples with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg for 6–8 minutes. Stir in cornstarch slurry and simmer until thickened. Cool.

  • Mix crushed crackers with melted butter, sugar, and salt. Spoon into serving cups and press lightly.

  • Whip cream to stiff peaks. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Optionally, fold in softened cream cheese.

  • Layer each cup: crumbs, apple filling, caramel drizzle, whipped topping. Repeat if space allows.

  • Top with more caramel and garnish with extra crumbs or nuts. Chill before serving.
