3 apples, peeled and diced
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tbsp brown sugar (for crust)
8 oz cream cheese (optional)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup whipped cream or topping
1/2 cup caramel sauce
Optional toppings: chopped nuts, sea salt
Sauté apples with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until soft.
Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into dessert cups.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Add whipped cream and layer over crust.
Spoon apple mixture on top.
Drizzle with caramel and garnish if desired.
Chill before serving or enjoy warm.
Make ahead and chill up to 24 hours.
