Warm, soft, and overflowing with melted cheese and garlic butter, these Cheesy Garlic Rolls are an easy, crowd-pleasing comfort food made in just 30 minutes.
1 lb pizza dough or 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp Italian herbs
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Divide dough into 12 pieces. Flatten and fill each with 1 tbsp mozzarella, then pinch to seal.
Place rolls seam side down in a greased baking dish.
Mix butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs. Brush rolls generously.
Sprinkle Parmesan and red pepper flakes on top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
Brush with remaining garlic butter and serve warm.
Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days. Reheat in oven for best texture.
