Warm, soft, and overflowing with melted cheese and garlic butter, these Cheesy Garlic Rolls are an easy, crowd-pleasing comfort food made in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

1 lb pizza dough or 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp Italian herbs
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Divide dough into 12 pieces. Flatten and fill each with 1 tbsp mozzarella, then pinch to seal.

  • Place rolls seam side down in a greased baking dish.

  • Mix butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs. Brush rolls generously.

  • Sprinkle Parmesan and red pepper flakes on top.

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

  • Brush with remaining garlic butter and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days. Reheat in oven for best texture.
