Golden, gooey Cheesy Garlic Bread with a rich garlic-butter spread and melted cheese blend—perfect as a side or snack, Bake with Zoha–style.

Ingredients

1 baguette or Italian loaf
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Pinch of salt
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded cheddar
2–3 tablespoons grated Parmesan
Optional: red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet.

  • Slice bread lengthwise or into thick sections.

  • Mix butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.

  • Spread garlic butter evenly over bread.

  • Top with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan.

  • Bake 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted.

  • Broil 1–2 minutes for golden top.

  • Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
