Golden, gooey Cheesy Garlic Bread with a rich garlic-butter spread and melted cheese blend—perfect as a side or snack, Bake with Zoha–style.
1 baguette or Italian loaf
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Pinch of salt
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded cheddar
2–3 tablespoons grated Parmesan
Optional: red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet.
Slice bread lengthwise or into thick sections.
Mix butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.
Spread garlic butter evenly over bread.
Top with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan.
Bake 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted.
Broil 1–2 minutes for golden top.
Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
Use fresh garlic for bold flavor. Add herbs or spice for variation. Can be made ahead or frozen before baking.
