Nutella Cookie Pie is a rich, gooey dessert with layers of buttery cookie dough and melted Nutella. Baked like a deep-dish cookie, it’s perfect for slicing and sharing warm.
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
3/4 cup Nutella (warmed slightly)
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
Beat in egg, yolk, and vanilla.
Gradually mix in dry ingredients.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Press 2/3 of dough into pie dish.
Spread warmed Nutella over the base.
Drop remaining dough in spoonfuls on top.
Add extra chocolate chips on top.
Bake 25–30 minutes, until golden but soft in center.
Cool slightly before slicing
Serve warm with ice cream for extra indulgence.
Store leftovers covered at room temp for 2–3 days.
Freeze slices for future treats.
