Creamy Garlic Shrimp (15 mins) is a skillet seafood dish with shrimp coated in a garlic cream sauce served with pasta, rice, or bread.

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons parsley

Instructions

  • Dry shrimp and season with salt, pepper, paprika.
  • Heat butter and oil in skillet.
  • Cook shrimp briefly, then remove.
  • Heat garlic in pan.
  • Add broth and reduce slightly.
  • Stir in cream and cheese.
  • Return shrimp and coat.
  • Finish with lemon juice and parsley.
