Creamy Garlic Shrimp (15 mins) featuring tender shrimp cooked in a rich garlic cream sauce ready in just fifteen minutes.

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds large shrimp peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional lemon juice

Instructions

  • Season shrimp with salt and pepper.

  • Melt butter in skillet and sauté garlic briefly.

  • Cook shrimp 1 to 2 minutes per side, then remove.

  • Add broth and simmer briefly.

  • Stir in cream and simmer until slightly thickened.

  • Add Parmesan and stir until melted.

  • Return shrimp to pan and heat through.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
