Creamy Garlic Shrimp is a quick 15-minute dish featuring tender shrimp cooked in a rich garlic Parmesan cream sauce.

Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup chicken broth
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

  • Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink.

  • Remove shrimp and pour cream and broth into skillet.

  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and seasoning and simmer.

  • Return shrimp to skillet and coat with sauce.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

Cook shrimp only until pink and opaque to keep them tender.
