1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup finely crushed vanilla wafers
1 tsp orange zest
1/2 tsp orange extract
Optional: powdered sugar, shredded coconut, or sanding sugar for coating
Melt white chocolate and cream in microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
Stir in orange zest and extract. Mix in crushed wafers until evenly combined.
Chill mixture for 2 hours until firm.
Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls.
Roll in powdered sugar, coconut, or sanding sugar.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Add food coloring for orange hue if desired. Store in fridge up to 1 week or freeze for longer. Swap wafers with gluten-free cookies as needed.
