1 pound ribeye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 large flour tortillas
6 slices provolone cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or softened butter
Slice steak thinly and cook in hot skillet 2–3 minutes; remove.
Sauté peppers and onions 5–7 minutes, add garlic.
Return steak, season, and mix well.
Fill tortillas with mixture and top with cheese.
Roll tightly into wraps.
