Crispy Philly Cheesesteak Grilled Wraps are golden, crunchy tortillas filled with juicy beef, sautéed peppers, and melted cheese.

Ingredients

1 pound ribeye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 large flour tortillas
6 slices provolone cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or softened butter

Instructions

  • Slice steak thinly and cook in hot skillet 2–3 minutes; remove.

  • Sauté peppers and onions 5–7 minutes, add garlic.

  • Return steak, season, and mix well.

  • Fill tortillas with mixture and top with cheese.

  • Roll tightly into wraps.

  • Spread outside with butter or mayo.

  • Grill 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

  • Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Slice steak thinly, avoid overcrowding pan, and cook wraps on medium heat for best crisp texture.
