Spinach & artichoke wonton cups featuring creamy spinach and artichoke filling baked in crisp golden wonton shells for an easy party appetizer.

Ingredients

24 wonton wrappers
1 cup fresh spinach chopped
1 cup canned artichoke hearts drained and chopped
4 ounces cream cheese softened
1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease muffin tin.

  • Press wonton wrappers into muffin cups and bake 5 minutes.

  • Sauté spinach until wilted and cool.

  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  • Stir in spinach and artichokes.

  • Fill wonton cups with mixture.

  • Bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden and heated through.

  • Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

Pre-baking the wrappers helps maintain crisp texture.
