1 batch fudgy brownies (homemade or box mix)
1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled
12 large marshmallows
½ cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet, milk, or white)
1 teaspoon coconut oil or butter
Optional toppings: chopped nuts, sprinkles, crushed candy
Bake brownies and let cool completely. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
Wash and dry strawberries. Hull or halve if large.
Thread brownie, marshmallow, and strawberry onto skewers. Repeat pattern.
Melt chocolate chips with oil in 30-sec intervals, stirring until smooth.
Drizzle chocolate over kabobs. Add toppings if desired.
Chill to set chocolate or serve immediately.
Use wooden skewers or lollipop sticks. Store in the fridge up to 1 day.
