These chewy, buttery Apple Brownies are a fall favorite packed with fresh apples, cinnamon, and warm spice. Quick to make and perfect for potlucks or cozy nights in.
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1½ cups peeled, diced apples
Optional: ½ cup chopped walnuts or white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line an 8×8-inch pan.
Whisk melted butter with both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla.
Stir in flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt.
Fold in diced apples and optional add-ins.
Spread batter into pan.
Bake 30–35 minutes or until golden and set.
Cool 20 minutes before slicing.
