These no-bake brownie bites require only 3 ingredients and come together in minutes. Fudgy, chocolatey, and naturally sweet, they’re perfect for healthy snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted and packed

  • 1 cup raw almonds or walnuts

  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Soak dates in warm water if firm, then drain well.

  • In a food processor, pulse nuts into coarse crumbs.

  • Add dates and cocoa powder. Blend until a sticky dough forms.

  • Roll into 12–14 small balls.

  • Chill for 30 minutes or enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Add vanilla, sea salt, or chocolate chips for variety.

  • Store in fridge for 2 weeks or freezer for 3 months.
