Fudgy, nutrient-rich brownies made with dates, nuts, cacao, and superfoods — no baking required. Vegan, gluten-free, and perfect for clean snacking.

  • 1 cup raw almonds or walnuts

  • ½ cup raw cacao powder

  • 12 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed meal

  • ¼ cup shredded coconut, hemp seeds, or sunflower seeds

  • 1 tbsp nut butter (optional)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Water as needed

Instructions

  • Soak dates if dry. Drain well.

  • In a food processor, pulse nuts until crumbly.

  • Add dates, cacao, seeds, nut butter, vanilla, and salt. Process until sticky.

  • Press mixture into a parchment-lined pan.

  • Chill 1 hour, then slice into squares.
