Adorable no-bake mini cheesecakes decorated like Christmas gnomes with strawberry hats and white chocolate beards. A festive holiday treat that’s easy and fun.
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipped topping or whipped cream
6–8 strawberries, tops trimmed
6–8 mini round candies (for noses)
2 oz white chocolate or 1/4 cup shredded coconut (for beards)
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into muffin liners in a tin. Chill.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping gently until combined.
Spoon or pipe filling into liners. Chill at least 2 hours.
Top with strawberries (pointed side up) for hats.
Pipe or spoon white chocolate or coconut for beards.
Add candy noses under the strawberry hats.
Chill until ready to serve.
Use gluten-free or vegan substitutes as needed. Keep refrigerated for up to 4 days. For added flair, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
