A no-bake lemon slice with a buttery biscuit base and smooth condensed milk topping.
250 g plain sweet biscuits, crushed
125 g unsalted butter, melted
395 g sweetened condensed milk
½ cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
Mix biscuit crumbs with melted butter and press into a lined tin.
Chill the base while preparing the filling.
Stir condensed milk, lemon juice, and zest until slightly thickened.
Pour over the base and smooth the surface.
Refrigerate until fully set before slicing.
Chill overnight for clean cuts. Serve cold.
