A no-bake lemon slice with a buttery biscuit base and smooth condensed milk topping.

Ingredients

250 g plain sweet biscuits, crushed
125 g unsalted butter, melted
395 g sweetened condensed milk
½ cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest

Instructions

  • Mix biscuit crumbs with melted butter and press into a lined tin.

  • Chill the base while preparing the filling.

  • Stir condensed milk, lemon juice, and zest until slightly thickened.

  • Pour over the base and smooth the surface.

  • Refrigerate until fully set before slicing.

Notes

Chill overnight for clean cuts. Serve cold.
