This Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake combines gooey strawberry pie filling, creamy cheesecake bites, and a buttery cake mix topping — all layered and baked in one dish with no mixing required.
2 cans (21 oz each) strawberry pie filling
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 box (15.25 oz) yellow or white cake mix
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Spread strawberry pie filling evenly in the dish.
Cube or dollop cream cheese over the filling. Add vanilla extract if desired.
Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the cream cheese and fruit.
Drizzle melted butter over the top, covering as much mix as possible.
Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
Cool 15–20 minutes before serving
Add crushed graham crackers or nuts on top before baking for texture. Store leftovers in the fridge. Serve warm or chilled with whipped cream or ice cream.
