No-bake Gnome Mini Cheesecakes made with a cookie crust, creamy vanilla cheesecake filling, and adorable strawberry hats. A festive, fun dessert for the holiday season.

Ingredients

1 cup crushed graham crackers or cookies
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup heavy cream, whipped (or 1½ cups whipped topping)

Topping:
12 whole strawberries, stemmed
12 red candy-coated chocolates (e.g. mini M&M’s)
½ cup whipped cream or frosting, for decorating

Instructions

  • Line a muffin tin with 12 liners.

  • Mix cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into liners. Chill.

  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.

  • Spoon filling over crusts. Smooth tops. Chill 2–3 hours until set.

  • Top each with a strawberry, pointed end up. Pipe whipped cream around base for beard and trim.

  • Add a candy nose. Chill until ready to serve.

Notes

Keep chilled. Add decorations just before serving for best freshness.
