2 large ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup oat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips optional
Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch pan.
Mash bananas and mix with eggs, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla.
Stir in cocoa powder, oat flour, baking powder, and salt.
Fold in chocolate chips if using.
Spread batter evenly in pan.
Bake 18 to 22 minutes until set.
Cool completely before slicing.
