Fudgy chocolate brownies naturally sweetened with ripe bananas and made with wholesome ingredients.

Ingredients

2 large ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup oat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch pan.

  • Mash bananas and mix with eggs, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla.

  • Stir in cocoa powder, oat flour, baking powder, and salt.

  • Fold in chocolate chips if using.

  • Spread batter evenly in pan.

  • Bake 18 to 22 minutes until set.

  • Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Use very ripe bananas for best sweetness. Do not overbake to maintain fudgy texture.
