1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
½ cup protein powder
½ cup peanut butter or almond butter
⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips optional
Combine oats and protein powder.
Add peanut butter and honey.
Stir in chia seeds and vanilla.
Mix until dough forms.
Chill 20 to 30 minutes.
Roll into balls.
