Soft vanilla cake pops with a pink candy shell and white sprinkles, inspired by Starbucks birthday cake pops.
1 baked vanilla cake, cooled
¾ cup vanilla buttercream frosting
12 oz white candy melts
Pink gel food coloring
White nonpareil sprinkles
20–24 lollipop sticks
Crumble cooled cake into fine crumbs.
Mix in frosting until crumbs hold together.
Roll into balls and chill until firm.
Melt candy coating and tint pink.
Dip sticks in coating and insert into cake balls.
Dip cake pops fully, add sprinkles, and let set.
Chill between steps for best structure. Store refrigerated.
