Neiman Marcus Cake is an ultra-rich dessert with a buttery cake base and a gooey cream cheese topping. It’s sweet, decadent, and ready with just 10 minutes of prep.
1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13″ baking dish.
In a bowl, mix cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg. Press into bottom of pan.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Mix until creamy.
Pour topping over base and spread evenly.
Bake 40–45 minutes until golden and slightly jiggly in the center.
Cool completely before slicing.
Use chocolate cake mix for a mocha version. Store covered in fridge for up to 5 days. Freeze slices individually for longer storage.
