Savory, sweet, and totally festive, these cranberry turkey stuffing balls are the perfect bite-sized holiday appetizer or side. Great for parties, potlucks, or leftover makeovers.
1 lb ground turkey
2½ cups cooked stuffing
½ cup dried cranberries, chopped
1 egg, beaten
½ cup finely chopped onion (optional)
1 garlic clove, minced (optional)
2 tbsp fresh parsley or sage
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet.
(Optional) Sauté onion and garlic until soft. Cool.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients until just combined.
Roll into 1½-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 22–25 minutes, until golden and 165°F inside.
Serve warm with gravy or cranberry sauce.
Make ahead and refrigerate up to 24 hrs before baking.
