Savory, sweet, and totally festive, these cranberry turkey stuffing balls are the perfect bite-sized holiday appetizer or side. Great for parties, potlucks, or leftover makeovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 2½ cups cooked stuffing

  • ½ cup dried cranberries, chopped

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • ½ cup finely chopped onion (optional)

  • 1 garlic clove, minced (optional)

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or sage

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet.

  • (Optional) Sauté onion and garlic until soft. Cool.

  • In a bowl, mix all ingredients until just combined.

  • Roll into 1½-inch balls and place on baking sheet.

  • Bake for 22–25 minutes, until golden and 165°F inside.

  • Serve warm with gravy or cranberry sauce.

Notes

  • Make ahead and refrigerate up to 24 hrs before baking.

  • Freeze after shaping or baking — great for prep!

  • Try a cranberry-Dijon glaze for extra flavor.
