No-Bake Dubai Chocolate Balls made with dates, roasted nuts, and rich cocoa—soft, chewy, and rolled in coconut or dipped in chocolate. A wholesome, elegant treat.

Ingredients

1½ cups pitted Medjool dates
1 cup roasted almonds or cashews
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom or cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
Optional: shredded coconut, melted dark chocolate, vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Soak dates if dry. Add dates and nuts to food processor.

  • Blend until mixture forms sticky dough.

  • Add cocoa powder, spice, and salt. Blend to combine.

  • Roll into 1-inch balls.

  • Coat in coconut, cocoa, or chopped nuts—or drizzle with melted chocolate.

  • Chill for 30 minutes to set.

Notes

Store in fridge up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer. Customize with spices, seeds, or chocolate dips.
