2–3 ripe peaches, sliced
8 ounces burrata cheese
2 tablespoons toasted almonds, pecans, or pistachios
2 tablespoons fresh basil or mint leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze or reduction
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Wash and dry greens, place in a serving bowl or on plates.

  • Arrange sliced peaches over greens.

  • Tear or cut burrata and place on salad.
