Peach Burrata Salad with Balsamic Drizzle is a refreshing summer salad with sweet peaches, creamy burrata, toasted nuts, fresh herbs, and tangy balsamic glaze. Perfect for brunch or light lunch.
4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, or spring mix)
2–3 ripe peaches, sliced
8 ounces burrata cheese
2 tablespoons toasted almonds, pecans, or pistachios
2 tablespoons fresh basil or mint leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze or reduction
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Wash and dry greens, place in a serving bowl or on plates.
Arrange sliced peaches over greens.
Tear or cut burrata and place on salad.
Sprinkle toasted nuts and chopped fresh herbs on top.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
Use nectarines as a substitute for peaches; handle burrata gently; prepare components separately if making ahead.
