Peach Cobbler Dump Cake is the ultimate easy dessert—sweet, juicy peaches topped with buttery cake and a golden crumble. Just dump, bake, and enjoy!
2 cans (15 oz each) sliced peaches in heavy syrup (do not drain)
1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, sliced or melted
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Pour canned peaches with syrup into the dish.
Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the fruit.
Top with sliced or melted butter, covering as much of the surface as possible.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg, and pecans if using.
Bake for 45–50 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
Let cool 10–15 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
Use fresh or frozen peaches as a substitute (see ingredient prep).
Spice cake mix or white cake mix are tasty alternatives.
Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 4 days.
