Adorable reindeer-shaped pancakes with fruit and pretzel decorations — perfect for a fun and festive holiday breakfast.
Pancakes:
1 ½ cups flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 ¼ cups milk
1 egg
2 tbsp melted butter or oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings (per reindeer):
1 large pancake
2 small pancakes
2 banana slices
2 chocolate chips or blueberries
1 raspberry or cherry
2 mini pretzels
Mix dry ingredients. Whisk together wet ingredients separately.
Combine wet and dry just until smooth. Let rest 5–10 minutes.
Heat griddle and grease lightly. Pour one large and two small pancakes per serving.
Cook until bubbles form, then flip. Cook until golden.
Assemble: place large pancake on plate, add small ones for ears, pretzels for antlers.
Add banana slices with chocolate chips for eyes, and raspberry for the nose.
Serve immediately.
Can use boxed pancake mix.
