Adorable reindeer-shaped pancakes with fruit and pretzel decorations — perfect for a fun and festive holiday breakfast.

Ingredients

Pancakes:

  • 1 ½ cups flour

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 ¼ cups milk

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tbsp melted butter or oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings (per reindeer):

  • 1 large pancake

  • 2 small pancakes

  • 2 banana slices

  • 2 chocolate chips or blueberries

  • 1 raspberry or cherry

  • 2 mini pretzels

Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients. Whisk together wet ingredients separately.

  • Combine wet and dry just until smooth. Let rest 5–10 minutes.

  • Heat griddle and grease lightly. Pour one large and two small pancakes per serving.

  • Cook until bubbles form, then flip. Cook until golden.

  • Assemble: place large pancake on plate, add small ones for ears, pretzels for antlers.

  • Add banana slices with chocolate chips for eyes, and raspberry for the nose.

  • Serve immediately.

  • Can use boxed pancake mix.

  • Make dairy-free or gluten-free with easy swaps.
