A luxurious dessert mashup of creamy cheesecake, spiced apple pie topping, buttery crumble, and warm salted caramel. Perfect for holidays and special occasions.

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 6 tbsp melted butter

Cheesecake Layer:

  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ¾ cup granulated sugar

  • ¾ cup sour cream

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 3 large eggs

Apple Pie Topping:

  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg

Crumble Topping:

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • ¼ cup old-fashioned oats

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 4 tbsp cold butter, cubed

Salted Caramel Topping:

  • ½ cup caramel sauce

  • Flaky sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a springform pan with parchment and grease the sides.

  • Mix crust ingredients. Press into bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool.

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, sour cream, vanilla. Mix in eggs one at a time.

  • Pour filling over cooled crust.

  • In a pan, cook apples with butter, sugar, lemon juice, and spices until just softened. Spoon over cheesecake.

  • Mix crumble ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle on top.

  • Bake 55–65 minutes. Turn off oven, crack door, and cool 1 hour inside.

  • Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.

  • Before serving, drizzle with caramel and sprinkle with sea salt.

  • Chill overnight for best texture.

  • Use a water bath for a smooth, crack-free top.

  • Slice with a warm knife for clean edges.
