A luxurious dessert mashup of creamy cheesecake, spiced apple pie topping, buttery crumble, and warm salted caramel. Perfect for holidays and special occasions.
Crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
6 tbsp melted butter
Cheesecake Layer:
24 oz cream cheese, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
Apple Pie Topping:
2 medium apples, peeled and diced
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp nutmeg
Crumble Topping:
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup old-fashioned oats
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp cold butter, cubed
Salted Caramel Topping:
½ cup caramel sauce
Flaky sea salt, to taste
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a springform pan with parchment and grease the sides.
Mix crust ingredients. Press into bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, sour cream, vanilla. Mix in eggs one at a time.
Pour filling over cooled crust.
In a pan, cook apples with butter, sugar, lemon juice, and spices until just softened. Spoon over cheesecake.
Mix crumble ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle on top.
Bake 55–65 minutes. Turn off oven, crack door, and cool 1 hour inside.
Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
Before serving, drizzle with caramel and sprinkle with sea salt.
Chill overnight for best texture.
Use a water bath for a smooth, crack-free top.
Slice with a warm knife for clean edges.
