1 box vanilla cake mix
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
1/2 cup flour (optional, for extra density)
1/2 cup sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
