A warm, spiced apple crumble made in a single ramekin — quick, easy, and perfect for solo cravings or simple dessert moments.
For the filling:
1 medium apple, peeled and diced
1 tsp brown sugar
¼ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
½ tsp lemon juice (optional)
½ tsp cornstarch or flour
For the topping:
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp rolled oats
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ tbsp cold butter, cubed
Pinch of cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a ramekin.
Mix apple with filling ingredients. Spoon into ramekin.
Combine topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cool briefly.
Serve warm with optional toppings like ice cream or yogurt.
For crisp topping, broil 1–2 minutes at end.
Microwave version: 2½–3 minutes on high.
