A warm, spiced apple crumble made in a single ramekin — quick, easy, and perfect for solo cravings or simple dessert moments.

Ingredients

For the filling:

  • 1 medium apple, peeled and diced

  • 1 tsp brown sugar

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of nutmeg

  • ½ tsp lemon juice (optional)

  • ½ tsp cornstarch or flour

For the topping:

  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • ½ tbsp cold butter, cubed

  • Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a ramekin.

  • Mix apple with filling ingredients. Spoon into ramekin.

  • Combine topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.

  • Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cool briefly.

  • Serve warm with optional toppings like ice cream or yogurt.

Notes

  • For crisp topping, broil 1–2 minutes at end.

  • Microwave version: 2½–3 minutes on high.

  • Double for two servings in a small baking dish.
