Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake is a layered dessert made with strawberry pie filling, sweetened cream cheese, and yellow cake mix—all topped with butter and baked into a golden, gooey treat.
2 cans (21 oz each) strawberry pie filling
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
Optional: ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
Optional: ¼ cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13″ baking dish.
Spread strawberry pie filling in the bottom.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Drop spoonfuls over strawberries.
Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the top.
Drizzle melted butter across the surface.
Top with optional graham crumbs or white chocolate chips.
Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Cool 15 minutes before serving.
Use jimmies-style sprinkles if decorating.
Can be made 1 day ahead and stored in fridge.
