1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 box vanilla cake mix
1/2 cup butter (1 stick), sliced
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon fresh strawberries (optional, for garnish)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)
