Sugar Cookie Crust:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cheesecake Filling:
24 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare 9-inch springform pan.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cream butter and sugar, then add egg and vanilla.
Combine dry and wet ingredients and press into pan.
