1 can refrigerated pizza dough (1314 ounces)
1 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
1/4 cup diced bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup cooked sausage (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  • Divide dough into 12 pieces and press into muffin cups.
  • Add 1 tablespoon pizza sauce to each cup.
  • Layer mozzarella, cheddar, and toppings.
  • Sprinkle extra cheese on top.
  • Brush dough edges with olive oil and herbs.
  • Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Cool 5 minutes before removing and serving.
