1 cup (6 oz) chopped bittersweet chocolate
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
¼ cup all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line an 8-inch cake pan.
Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
Stir in sugar, then whisk in eggs, yolks, vanilla, and salt.
Fold in flour until just combined.
