Ingredients

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Juice of 2 limes
1 teaspoon lime zest
Salt and black pepper
Chopped cilantro or green onions

Instructions

  • Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, spices, lime juice, and zest. Marinate 10–15 minutes.
